So let's just get this out of the way:

I'm in South Florida, there's no hills, this is going to be what may (but sucks) referred to as a MALLcrawler. but WTF, that's the world I live in... (NO SNOW FOR ME)

OK then, lets just start this little excursion, shall we?

On the first day of JP's Christmas, Santa (also known as Jose) delivered this to me:
Note, the only other vehicle allowed on Santa's (Jose's) hauler is a Tesla

07/25/2017:

I saw the thread about backlighting the Colorado lettering on the sport bar, and came up with an idea:
How about reflective lettering instead?

I had some red reflective, think it came out pretty good.
SUPER EASY FIRST (of many) MOD!

I'm debating on changing it to blue reflective lettering, we'll see.

Mounted General AT2 275/65r18s on the 18x9 wheels (biggest I'll be able to run per Rough Country)

Then dropped off at the shop for the lift install.

UGGH
But soo worth it in the end!

4" RC Lift and 18x9 Cali Offroad Roadkill/ 275/65r18" General AT2s

OK, So RC states a minimum wheel (18x9/5" 0 offset) and Max tire (265/65/18 )
Lets just say, I needed:
+1.5" spacer (NOT upset about, actually prefer),
+remove front fairing (again, prefer)
+sawzall to front bumper, (just damn lucky I have the FabFours bumper coming in 10-14 days or somebody's house may have gotten burnt down)

OWNER WARNING!!! my vent time!!!

So, let's get this off my chest...

I took my new Colorado into a JEEP shop to install my 4" RC lift. I had them do work on my previous Frontier such as a 2" lift and Kevlar paint and found they did good work at a fair price.

Then the Colorado came...
I bought wheels and tires EXACTLY per RCs recommendations.
RC states '8-10 hour installation' initially told, "that means 8 for us", so I told them to pencil me in.
Arrived on Friday Afternoon with lift kit and wheels mounted ready to go.
other guy said 9 hours labor, but he was going to put two guys on it. If not done Friday night, will be ready Sat. uggh fine...
Saturday Afternoon, "not started, be ready Monday"
Monday Afternoon, "On the rack, call tomorrow"
Tuesday, "still on the rack"
Wednesday, ready tonight. So, I leave work and go get it, TPMS (expected), Stabilitrak, ABS, TC, Hill decent lights all on. UGGH! Told the TPMS needs programming (I kinow), and an alignment will turn off the rest.
Friday AM: Alignment and TPMS set, turns off TPMS, but not the rest.
Saturday, drop off at other shop,
DIAGNOSIS: two wires ripped out of Stabilitrak module and RR sensor replaced as it was apparently allowed to hang with the caliper and destroyed..

FINALLY back without WARNING lights, WHOOHOO!!!

UGGH!!!

OK, back to HAPPYTIME!!

FabFours Bumper prep

OK, so tonight I replaced the OEM off-road lights on the sport bar with a 32" curved LED Bar.
I also ran and tested the wiring for the 20" LED bar that will go in the center of the FabFours Bumper.
Both of these bars will run off the OEM off-road light switch.

Lookin great.
Isn't the RC 4" lift accomplished with 2" suspension and 2" body lift?

I hope the shop made it right for you with their faux pas.

FabFours day!!!

WHOOHOO!
k, so I escape work early and go get this HUGE box.
Then assembly time/ by the time I got the lights in, it was 9pm., Oh well, not going to let it sit in the living room.
Cleaned up and done at 3am...lol

1 dead fog light (yes, I checked and even rewired it, still DOA), I probably disconnect one on the drivers side until the replacement arrives.

BTW, they say don't do this alone, my back says I should have listened.
better pics tomorrow.
