Over the last few months when using the hands free phone option my Infotainment display reboots. When it happens I don't loose my call but about half the time when it come back on radio, volume, music is controlled through the phone. Has anyone else experienced this? I have talked to GM about this, after a month and half finally made connection with CS rep. Their advise is go through the dealership because they (GM) has never had a reported case of this happening. When I get answer I will update post.

It might also help to explain what you're using at the time, Android Auto, Carplay, the GM native functions through BT? Or if you are using the GM functions, to try using AA or Carplay.
