Infotainment shows "calling voicemail" when iPhone is connected via Bluetooth

From time to time, the infotainment system will randomly switch to the phone screen and call voicemail when my iPhone is connected via Bluetooth. Nothing shows up on my phone screen and it doesn't actually call my voicemail, but any audio that was playing stops. Hitting "end call" on the screen doesn't do anything but if I hit "handset" the screen goes back to normal and audio resumes. Anyone had this issue before / have suggestions?

I noticed when I go to view my RING doorbell, the radio stops playing and it displays the VOICEMAIL screen. Similar thing happened on some other phone apps that had audio, don't remember the details.

Believe this is "normal."
