Hi guys,

There are some rust spots on the inside of the rear passenger door that I would like to patch up. However they're extending beneath a piece of black plastic molding that I'm clueless on how to remove it. Just to make it clear, here's a picture of the piece I'm talking about:

You can see the rust spots going beneath the black plastic piece i would like to remove. So, any tips or idea on how I could remove this piece ? It's a canyon 2011 crew cab.

Not sure on that year but most of these parts just pull up with snap clips.

I just had my 2017 put and it was all clips.

A plastic pry tool just lifted it out.

While the tool is definitely helpful, pulling it straight up will remove it almost as easy without tools. Then just slap it back down when you have it back in place. :wink2:

Yep grab an edge and pull up. Removed mine several times to run wires ect...
