I have a 2004 Colorado LS Z71 crew cab. I am having a problem w my horn. I haven't owned this truck very long and ive been restoring it and I really do love it. the horn has never worked. the Cruise control didnt work at first either but then I replaced the clock spring and control lever. Then the CC worked but still no horn. I have checked the fuse and relay multiple times and a buddy who is a mech and he plugged into the relay and jumped it and BEEP the horn was good to go. so from the relay and fuse to the horn is good. and ive actually replaced the clock spring a second time just to check and still nothing. so somewhere after the clock spring and before the relay and fuse I have an issue. any ideas?? id love to hear some ideas at this point. thanks in advance to the community.

Check all the grounds at your splice packs. Good place to start.

Google search “Chevy Colorado splice packs 355nation“.
