I'm not familiar with GM's wiring diagram format but looking at the wiring diagram RotaryEnginePete posted, F5DA and F33UA appear to be internal to the BCM. There are two fuses (F38A and F37UA) that power the left and right head lights. These fuses are located in the Underhood Fuse Block.

I expected to a see the green status indicator for the head lights but it isn't on the wiring diagram. Based only on my experience with control circuits in other industries, I would expect the fuses are okay given that the green status light is on. It is possible that the green light is directly from the BCM and separate from the power to the lights.
