Headed out this morning and heard a clunking sound under the truck. Took truck out of Auto drive and sound went away. Cleaned mbed under and sure enough front drive shaft has lots of play. Side to side and back and forth. No 4x4 ing for me till parts come in.
I use this truck for work so lots of work miles on it involving 4x4 and stabilitrack cutting in and out. Always have traction controll off.
Hopefully GM covers it. Haha not much hope. Another 1000$ repair.
Great truck but starting to think it isn't up to alot of gravel and mud miles.

not likely but of coarse anything can happen. Why wouldn't they cover it? That is clearly under the drivetrain warranty

I use truck in the oil patch, dealerships hate warranty work for patch work trucks. They say it is extreme use of vehicle. Hopefully they are in a good mood that day.
