$$$

Personally, I think there is a geometry problem, I don't think you can get the mechanisms in the tailgate and still get a 4 foot width for the flip down portion.

What step is this ?
AMP bed step. They don't make one for the Colorado but I contacted them about 3rd gen and they replied like 2 hours later saying they did have plans to start making them.

Yea but not all models come with them. And it's still a pretty steep step for a pirate like me lmfao. I think the ZR2 will be about the same height as my Tacoma currently sits with the lift.

I also assumed OP was referring to the multi flex tailgate too. I would love that option over a storage spot, although, both are pretty cool.

I'd like that for a 2nd gen.
My 16 Canyon bumper step was fine but my 22 ZR2 would be too tall for my knees (if it came with a bumper step).
I have an adjustable hitch step but can't use it with the tailgate down.
