So GMC full size, and now some Chevys, have a flip down tailgate; why hasn't the same technology been available to Colorados/Canyons?
I feel your pain.I'd buy it. I gotta buy a $200 step anyways... First world problems with a disability I guess tho.

AMP bed step. They don't make one for the Colorado but I contacted them about 3rd gen and they replied like 2 hours later saying they did have plans to start making them. What step is this ?

Yea but not all models come with them. And it's still a pretty steep step for a pirate like me lmfao. I think the ZR2 will be about the same height as my Tacoma currently sits with the lift.Yes that is a good invention for the trucks that don't have steps built in there bumper like our trucks do

I also assumed OP was referring to the multi flex tailgate too. I would love that option over a storage spot, although, both are pretty cool.
I'd like that for a 2nd gen.AMP bed step. They don't make one for the Colorado but I contacted them about 3rd gen and they replied like 2 hours later saying they did have plans to start making them.
