It's over 100 degrees today, so the e-brake lever came off in my hand and it looks like there are two clips that hold the lever on, one has broken
I have put it back on and it works but it's questionable on reliability. I'm afraid it will come off again and I won't be able to release the e-brake.
My truck is a 2007 Colorado
So can I epoxy the handle on? If it does break off - is there an 'emergency' release?
Money's tight so I'll listen to any suggestions

my suggestion is, do not use it now and then fix it when it is cooler out

I take it , the truck has a manual transmission and you live on a hill is the reason you use it?
