Wonder if the aftermarket could make a higher micron filter to replace stock. Let some soot out but not roll coal. I think benefits would be less back pressure, less regeneration and maybe even more power.

Then we wouldn't need to delete it to gain at least some of the benefits and retain stock like appear and sensors.

Just a thought. What you guys think?

Doubt that will happened. They don’t wanna damage the engine or system and be liable for damages. Not saying it would or wouldn’t but that would be my thoughts on it. They manufacture filters and emission parts to what the manufacturer recommends.

Just have to say it's for off road purpose only.

Wouldn't do much. Would still regen from time if not pressure differential. May even regen longer due to higher soot capacity before regen.
Not enough backpressure difference to make any power gains. Better off to gut the whole shitteroo if you want it to "appear" legal .
Still need a tune to eliminate CEL's from imprope sensor values and confusion.
