I'm afraid to go to the dealer about it hearing horror stories about how they come back worse. Long and short if I drive it a bit it goes away but I have a squeak rattle coming from the dash pad above the cluster... if I smack the point of the pad forward it goes away... if I drive it and temps equalize inside it goes away too... not really sure how to pull the pad in these or if that's the problem... anyone else have an issue with this?

I finally figured it out... it is the bezel around the instrument cluster. Only happens with AC on and the inside of the truck cold or a wide temp difference between start up and drive... I looked quick and it seems to be a pain in the ass to get apart. Grabing the bezel around the upper gauge pod and pulling slightly makes it go away for a bit until you hit bumps. Will eventually get to it.
