That looks like a regular occurrence down in your neck of the woods. I was amazed how many cars on the road in SoCal have damge to at least 1 of its 2 bumpers. Saw the aftermath of a few idiots that over react and stomp on their brakes causing everyone to have to stop, when lifting off the throttle would have been sufficient.
