It's official production has started. Hopefully it doesn't take long for them to show up at the dealership.

Sweet! Thanks for posting!
Can’t wait for some reviews. Hopefully the press gets their hands on some test models ASAP. My code is 2000 for a 23 Trail Boss but I’m constantly searching for hands on reviews lol

Yaye!

Pick me in April! Pick me in April!
The trains started rolling out of the plant Monday to parts unknown. It had been pretty quiet the last few weeks. No 5:30am train to wake me up, just a cat.

You can see the side makers light up on the Denali. Also, the Denali looks sweet without the ugly side steps.

I always think those side markers cheapen the looks of a vehicle. First time I saw something similar on a Mercedes, I was shocked. Guess I need to get used to it.

Worse on the Chevy as they are just left blank with a flat spot. Looks like something is missing.

Yea I'm pretty sure I've watched the same videos at least 20 times each by now. But hey, I know exactly how many Twinkies and Tootsie Rolls I can expect certain compartments to hold.

Sorry Fans, not appealing to the eyes. How can they call that a Mid-Sized truck, it's huge. Sometimes less is better.

Surprised they haven’t announced mpg yet, I thought they would announce right before they started production.

With 4.5 Billion to update the plant for the new trucks, I sure hope those folks got some new restrooms closer to the lines.

I was laughing, but not derisively, I get it.

I don't think GM takes notes from the Amazon playbook.

It's the same size as every other mid sized truck now days lol. Where you been hiding? Has roughly the same dimensions as a Tacoma.

Yea now it's kinda sus.

the 2023 twins are literally 3 inches longer in wheel base, and the rear seat losses about 1" leg room. And the WT, LT, and Z71 come stock with no lift and without the 3" wider wheel track so almost the same size as the 2nd gen and only about 300-500ibs more in weight. So basically only mild body curve differences, new grills, and the Canyons and ZR2, and Trail Boss come 3" wider and 2 or 3 inches taller than the 2nd gens so almost the same exact size and dimensions
Supernatural does have something of a point about the size, though it's not really news. A few months ago I looked out my office window to see a Gen2 Colorado, a 2015-ish Silverado 1500 and a 1990s Silverado parked side-by side. The Colorado was overall roughly equal in size to the '90s full-size, and the newer Silverado was considerably bigger.

There's a guy who works in my building with a 2021 Ford F350 crew cab 8' bed dually. Whenever he parks next to my '18 Colorado my truck looks like a toy!

Size is relative. Personally, I'm good with the size. Not so small and crowded as the old S10s, but not so large as the fill-size trucks to be a challenge to drive on a daily basis. And forget the HD trucks!

To put it in perspective.

My 22 was manufactured in October.
Arrived at the dealer this past weekend when I got up first thing in the morning to purchase it.

It has more then what I wanted but it was the only long bed within 500 miles. A few others were still in transit going to other states.

Everyone quotes the wheelbase number. The overall length is about the same. The front overhang is less.
