The first plug closest to the front of the truck is blocked by a plastic case holding wiring. The top half pops off but the bottom is held on my two weird plastic clips. Do I have to break them off? How else am I supposed to change this plug?
Are you talking about the plug thats connected to the ignition coil on top of the plug? You just have to press them to unlock them....kind of hard to explain. Other than that I dont recall anything special in changing out the plugs on the i5.
Heres a couple videos of other people doing it that might help.
Ah yes...those....just pull the clips back, it shouldnt break. A little wiggle with a screw driver will release them.
