My rockers and back corner of the cab were falling apart pretty badly. I live with a brake press guy and a welder who will make anything I need but the only information we lack is what we need to watch out for structure wise.
I cut out all the bad parts on the outside and it looks way worse on the inner parts then I had imagined. It looks like the pillar reinforcements (if thats what it actally is) are ate up and im not sure what we need to do about that. It's a crew cab by the way.
I'm attaching some pictures of the back half and would really appreciate guidance on what we can do to save this truck. Thank you.
