What is the best month to buy a Colorado at the lowest price,Costco gives $1000 if you use their buying method.They want to give me $28000 for my 2018 z71 with 19000 miles thanks Joe

Now is the time to buy a 2020 if you can find one with the options you want. The discounts on current model year with the 2021s flooding the lots are steep.

I used the Costco buyer program when I bought my '17 Canyon (in late October of '17) and it worked well for us.

Factory incentives are regional in nature, so you'd have to check for your area to see what's available. $28,000 for your truck seems about right for trade in but you should be able to sell it yourself for $4 or $5k more.

My dealer sent me a add saying 3,000 off dealer preferred cust and 3,020 chevy consumer program on a new 2021 zr2

Z71 HAS MSRP OF $40000 less the $2500 chevy discount ,what would be a good offer to make dealer. Thanks Joe

Sept and Oct are usually pretty good months to pick up the closing model year. But on a popular vehicle like the Colorado, pickings can be pretty slim. Especially this year.
The other good month is Feb. It's the shortest month of the year, so tougher to meet quota. And it's generally a slow time of year for big ticket items like homes and cars.

So what would be a good offer on a Z71 msrp of 37500 after a 2500 incentive from GM Thank Joe
