Backup camera AND reverse lights not working ????
Just like it says my back up camera says service rear vision system with a black screen behind it and the reverse lights are not working as well. Both just happened at the same time. It’s a 2016 Chevy Colorado please help thank you.

Check for bad ground or wire chafing. 2016s had issues with wire chafing in the harness, but I don't remember reverse lights and camera ever being casualties from that. 99% sure the rear cam ground and lights is high on the driver rear frame rail just behind the driver rear tire.

The plug near/at the tailgate has been found loose or disconnected by some, typically this has only effected the camera.
