I want to change the auto trans oil pan so that it has a drain bolt and also put on an external spin on oil filter. I drive a 2010 2 heel drive with a 2.9 engine. If I put on an external spin on filter can the internal factor filter be removed or does it remain in place? Any leads to good aftermarket parts to do this are appreciated.
