Wanting to install Fog lights for my canyon being that the elevation standard doesn't come equiped with fog lights. Trying to take the cheap route on this project.
Anybody Have long term experience with the Harbor Freight 3in Flood Lights

Have no experience with their fog lights. Generally, Harbor Freight imports low priced Chinese products. So, if I want a cheap product which I don't expect to last; I'll buy Harbor Freight.
Buy once, cry once. There are certain things I don't buy from harbor freight, and electronics in general are on the list. It's gonna cost you more when you have to or want to replace them with better lights in the future.

The old hi end vs low end lighting debate. I have a half dozen 3"pod, as many hi end failed as low end. The hi end tend to put out more light in a better spectrum.
I installed a HF 14inch light bar with wiring kit and it worked perfectly for years. Very bright and very reliable

If cheap is the route your looking to go then, i would go for it. I think we all know how it goes, you get what you pay for. I will say ive had some real good luck with some cheap ebay/amazon lights. The way i look at it, I dont use the lights enough to spend (rigid) kinda money. Now if i was out in the woods every night, riding dunes every weekend that kinda stuff i might spend the extra cash.
