I have a 2010 manual i4 at times it starts to rough idle then it stays that way til I accelerate. Any help is appreciated. If anyone is familiar with this issue I can send you a video. Please help

hopefully that will do the trick, it is very common for it to work. Does make me wonder when it only has 27k miles though.

How does a 2010 only have 27k miles anyway? Yours since new? Man I thought I was a low miles king....

Completely remove th throttle body to clean it

Disconnect negative battery while you're doing it.

Clean the MAF also.

Use the appropriate cleaners.
