    This might be a stupid question, but how the h%*# do I tell if the shift motor and transfer case are both in the neutral position? I think my shift motor needs replacing, since I'm stuck in 2WD and can't get it to shift into neutral, but I wanted to try manually turning to neutral first...

    I've been struggling with the Service 4x4 warning on my 2015 Canyon for a while now. I was originally stuck in Auto (C0397-f4), but was able to clear that code and shift back to 2WD by replacing the range position sensor and reflashing the TCCM. Now I'm stuck in 2WD and I'm getting a new code...
