    I have a 2018 Base model, 2.5 L, 6 Spd manual trans. I am assuming the rear differential is an "open" type vs. having any sort of limited slip functionality. Just hoping to confirm my thoughts. Oh, and if this is accurate...Is adding a limited slip diff an option, like the G80 I see as an option...

    I have a 2011 GMC Canyon I5 4x4 and was about to do the rear diff. And got 75w-90 synthetic oil but it’s says limited slip on the oil. so do I use it? If not what do I have to get. Had the truck 5 years and about to hit 100k so this is over due. Any help on this would be appreciated.
