Transmission stopped pulling after I engaged cruise control

I was driving down the highway and engaged the cruise control then the trans started acting funny then stopped pulling. I pulled over and shut it off and checked under hood but everything looked ok. Trans fluid was full & nothing was leaking. No check engine light on. I started truck back up and put it in D and started driving off when it stopped pulling again after 10 seconds or so. I towed it home and parked it. When I let it sit overnight it will drive for about 10-15 seconds then stops pulling. Still no check engine light. Thinking maybe it’s something electrical. Any ideas ?
